Position Title: Program Analyst for NIA Diversity Focused Programs
Location: Rockville, MD (5601 Fishers Lane, MD 20852)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Hours: Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
Eligibility: Open to U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the Diversity Supplement Committee and ADAR programs by analyzing and managing program data.
- Develop and refine SOPs for program evaluation and review processes.
- Maintain databases, prepare reports, and communicate with applicants and stakeholders.
- Organize recruitment activities, workshops, and promotional events.
- Train staff and educate trainees about opportunities at NIH.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- Skills: Writing, analytical skills (SPSS proficiency), program evaluation, and strategic communication.
- Experience: Preferred background in Community and Public Health or a related field.
